As a dedicated couple, we offer distinctly private, family-oriented chef and in-home concierge services built upon a foundation of elite professional experience. Over more than a decade, we have provided our unique hospitality services to a prominent family with residences in Connecticut and Sarasota, Florida, supporting their complex lifestyle needs with consistency and discretion.
Our backgrounds are rooted in upper management for five-star hotel groups and the world’s top restaurants. This foundation, combined with vast project management expertise from owning successful catering, event, and logistics planning businesses, allows us to provide an unparalleled level of integrated care within the private estate environment.
Having lived and worked on four continents, our extensive travel experience and worldly outlook bring a subtle, cosmopolitan concierge style that is increasingly rare in today’s market. Loreta and Jeremy bring this world of experience directly to our clients at Speakeasy Hospitality.
Jeremy
I am a chef and entrepreneur from Edinburgh, Scotland, with 30 years of experience in the culinary and business world. Throughout my career, I have made notable contributions to the restaurant scenes in London and New York, collaborating with respected chefs such as Douglas Rodriguez, Mario Batali, Peter Gordon, and Daniel Boulud. My expertise spans a wide array of cuisines, including European, Latin, Modern American, Asian, and Middle Eastern styles. My cooking philosophy is shaped by global travels and a dedication to creating fresh, uncomplicated food.
After relocating to Sarasota, I established and later sold the Gulf Coast’s premier catering and event planning business. For over a decade plus, I have drawn upon my diverse background to work exclusively for a prominent private equity family residing at two properties on the Gulf Coast of Florida and in Westport, Connecticut. A wide range of daily services were executed from chef and event planning, managing property staff, vendors and the day-to-day affairs of their lives and property. My passions outside of work include film, travel, sports, and nature.
Loreta
My journey began in Lithuania, where I learned the value of a balanced life and nurturing relationships. My career in hospitality took me to renowned hotels and restaurants across the globe, including Jean-Georges and Nobu in New York, and upper management roles with the Kempinski and Ritz-Carlton Groups. I diligently led teams, trained staff, and ensured every guest received exceptional care.
In 2020, an inner drive inspired me to explore holistic health, leading me to become a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner.
Over the past six years, I have also refined my culinary skills while working privately with Jeremy, forming a unique blend of expertise in cooking, property management, and yoga. My passions include travel, reading, the great outdoors, baking, and bread making.
